The mail sack is a bit flabby this month, I fear. Here goes through its contents, anyway. Dale Sisson is in the Army and is stationed at the Station Hospital at Fort Custer, Mich. He plans to come back to Tuck once he gets out of the Army. He also gives out with the information that he is engaged to Norma Dale Buchanan of Mamaroneck, N. Y. He mentions seeing West Shell, who is in the apartment building business and who is planning to spend the winter in Coral Gables, Fla Don Hinkley is at Harvard Business School. ....John Berry is in sales promotion and advertising work with L. M. Berry & Co. in Dayton Ralph Bogan is with the Greyhound Corp. in Chicago Harry Carey is in a training program with the National Shawmut Bank in Boston Mac Corner is a draftsman for the American Bridge Co. in Ambridge, Pa Carl Eldridge is at Harvard Law Bill Paine is in the real estate business in Brookline, Mass Eric Barradale is in Dental School at Tufts JimElliott is still overseas, at latest w0rd..... Bill Warner is in the insurance business in Fargo, N. D Ward Weimar is -at Long Island Med Jim White is at Stanford.
More familiar faces around Hanover in recent months: Charlie Fox, Tom Close, OscarGoedecke, Don Campbell. Dave Blair is a mainstay of the cross-country team this fall. Tom Douglas, Gus Clucas, and Bob McLaughry are performing regularly for the Green gridiron forces Meryll Frost is the J-V football coach Recent visitors in Hanover at the Inn have included Wiley and Ann Hitchcock and Bill and Mrs. Paine and Russ Isner Seen at the Holy Cross game were Bob Callan and "Recker" Recke. Bob has been bought by the Washington Senators, and it's a question whether "Recker" was yet down out of the clouds following the birth of Catherine. Max Edwards and Fred Daley are both back at school, the latter at Tuck..... Rock Davidson is at D. U. Law School

Marriages of the month: Charlie Spallino and Barbara Cray, sister of Paul; Charlie Schumacher and Fern Woodward of Springfield, Mass.; Dick Ostberg and Barbara Fike of Scarsdale and Smith; BobPurnell and Eleanor Rand of Plymouth, N. H. and Rollins College. Bob is at Cornell Med.; Fred Campbell and Elizabeth Brown of Montclair and Wellesley. Fred is at Northwestern Law School.
