THE VERMONT ALUMNI ASSOCIATION met in Barre in the Memorial Auditorium, on October 9. The guest speakers were President Dickey, Dean Neidlinger '23 and the new Director of Admissions, Al Dickerson '30. The attendance was about 75, which, considering how far north the meeting was held, was a good number. A motion was made and carried that a study be made as to the possibility of splitting the Club into a Northern Vermont Association and a Southern Vermont Association. Officers were elected, with John A. M. Hinsman '34, of Rutland chosen the new president. The secretary is Proctor Page Jr. '42 of Burlington, and Bancroft Dwinell '37 of Montpelier is the treasurer. The evening, was a most enjoyable one and ail the thanks of the Club go to Sid Hayward '26 for making the arrangements for the speakers of the occasion, who were received with interest and enthusiasm.
