Lawrence C. Marshall '25 of Madison, N. J., recently joined the Bank of Manhattan Company, one of New York's large banks, with the title of Vice President. He is stationed in the main office where he assists in handling New York City business.

From 1925 to 1928 he was employed in the Foreign and Credit Departments of the American Exchange National Bank, which later merged with the Irving Trust Company. From 1928 to 1934 he was manager of the Research Department of C. D. Halsey & Co., former members of the New York Stock Exchange. In 1934 he joined the Investment Department of the United States Trust Company of New York. In 1943 he was elected an Assistant Vice-President and placed in charge of its Banking Department.

Mr. Marshall is a Trustee, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Commitee of the American University, Beirut, Syria, and is Vice-Chairman of the New York University-Bellevue Hospital Campaign.
