Our President, Judge George H. Bingham, represented the class at the last rites for our greatly mourned classmate Charles Fuller Conn, 8.5., at his home town, Concord, N. H. Only his son Dwight and two other friends from Philadelphia, business associates, and a few relatives were at the grave-side. Judge Bingham brought the offering of flowers in the name of the class. The ceremony took place in the midst of a heavy rainfall.

There will be a dinner of the Florida Alumni Association, at St. Petersburgh, late in February. The death of the President of the Association causes the arrangement of the event to become the responsibility of Classmate Gage, Austin '85 and Kelly '86.

The presence of Prof. Ralph Holben and his wife has added much: to the happiness of the secretary. They are quartered only ninety seconds away. Prof. Holben is on leave of absence to recover from an illness. He has been invited to represent the College at the Alumni Dinner.

A brief note from Classmate Morris Webster Morse states that there is little of interest to report regarding himself. He seldom leaves his home, where he helps his daughter, a teacher in household economy. But it is interesting to note that his handwriting shows no signs of age,—firm and legible.

Doctor F. B. Sanborn, late in the winter, will spend several weeks at Daytona Beach on the East Coast of Florida. He recently attended a. meeting of the American Association of Engineers at New York City.

The secretary recently was treated to a drive to St. Petersburgh, where he enjoyed a long session with classmates Gage and White, and Mrs. White. Gage and White are both in fine fettle, the former having entirely recovered from a slight affliction of rheumatism.

The secretary was one of the speakers at the monthly luncheon of the Association of Arts and Sciences of Clearwater, Fla. He was chosen secretary and treasurer of the Association at its recent annual meeting. His subject at the luncheon was, "The White Mountains of New Hampshire."
