Spring Convocation

A COLLEGE CONVOCATION, such as that which traditionally opened each new academic year, will be held at the start of the Spring Term on March 11. President Dickey will speak, welcoming back to the campus several hundred veterans who will enroll at that time and also announcing new plans and policies as the College moves still closer to a full peacetime status. The faculty will attend in cap and gown and classes will be reduced to 45 minutes each on the first morning of the term in order to permit a 45-minute gathering in Webster Hall between the second and third classes.
