Dean Strong Memorial

To give thoughtful consideration to the numerous proposals that an appropriate memorial to Dean Strong be established by the College, President Dickey last month named a special committee of four members, headed by Max A. Norton '19, chairman, and including Clifford W. Higley '24, Dean Lloyd K. Neidlinger '23, and Virgil Poling, all close friends of Dean Strong's.

The spontaneous desire of a good many persons to participate in such a memorial has already resulted in a number of gifts to the College. The Robert C. Strong Memorial Fund has been created and all contributions are being added to it pending the committee's recommendations as to its ultimate disposition.

Contributions to this fund may be made by sending checks, payable to Dartmouth College, to Max A. Norton, Box 7, Hanover, N. H.
