AT THE General Alumni Association meeting of July 13, a new slate of officers was elected for the year 1946-47, headed by Sumner B. Emerson '17 of New York City, succeeding Edward C. Riley '16 of New York City who presided at the meeting. Vice Presidents elected were Conrad E. Snow '12 of Arlington, Va., and Francis H. Horan '22 of New York City.

Reelected as Secretary-Treasurer was Sidney C. Hayward '26 of Hanover, and John M. Comstock '77 of Chelsea, Vt., was retained as Statistical Secretary. Heading a seven-man Executive Committee is Richard Parkhurst '16 of Boston, as Chairman, with the following members: William H. Ham '97 of Bridgeport, Conn., Dr. Philip P. Thompson '02 of Portland, Me., Henry R. Lane '07 of Boston, Carlos H. Baker '32 of Princeton, N. J., John H. Devlin '37 of Boston, and Proctor H. Page Jr. '42 of Burlington, Vt.
