A note from John Kellar indicates he was critically ill during the past summer but is comparatively well now. He says he will not be able to get to Florida this winter.
"Shorty" Bowers has been at Fort Plain, N. Y„ but expected to and probably has gone into hibernation in New York City, planning to return home at Sebagticoke, New York, in the spring. He writes that he had heard from Gustin and that Gustin had been sick after his return from our Reunion.
Judge Griffith writes that his son Gould and wife Sheila have set up a home in North Bennington, Vt. The Griffith's daughter, Grace, is now a senior at Smith College. "Ed's" letters always make enjoyable reading.
A note from Walter Brown advises that he and Mrs. Brown are settled for the winter in nice quarters at the Weldon Hotel, Greenfield, Mass.
"Billy" Jarvis has agreed to take over as Class Agent for the Alumni Fund. He, with Mrs. Jarvis, spent the holidays visiting their daughter at Southborough, Mass., and New York City.
Your secretary drove to Lexington, Ky., just before Christmas. He left his car there and entrained for Chicago and Wilmette, Ill., where he visited his daughter's and granddaughter's families for about a week over the holidays.
Returning to Lexington, Ky., he drove to St. Petersburg, Fla., where he is now located and expects to remain until about May 1. Please write him at 1236 Ninth St. North.
Quite accidentally he met Arnold on street but there was not much time for visiting as each was hurrying for different churches. But Arnold appeared to be, and he declared he was, feeling very well.
