New Executive

A former Big Green hockey star, John E. Foster '23, has recently been named vice president of George Fry & Associates, consulting management engineers of Chicago and New York, and will serve as their eastern manager with headquarters in New York City.

Until recently personnel director with RCA International in New York, Foster served during the war as a civilian Expert Consultant to the Secretary of War, in the position of Deputy Director, Civilian Personnel Department, Office of the Secretary of War. For his services he received the Meritorious Award. Prior to his war service he had been associated with the W. T. Grant Company, New York, for twenty years, the last ten of which he was their director of personnel.
