Letter From Oslo, by A. J. Liebling '24, appears in the May 22 issue of The New Yorker.

The summer issue of the Public OpinionQuarterly contains (a report) by Hadley Cantril '28, The Human Science—and WorldPeace—The Unesco Project: 'Tensions Affecting International Understanding.'

Brooks Palmer '23 is the author of The Bartholomews Bristol Clockmakers, which appears in the June issue of the American AntiquesJournal. The July issue of the same magazine contains another article by Mr. Palmer entitled First New Hampshire Clock Makers.

"About the Clements Library, 1923-48," printed in an edition of 350 copies for the Clements Library Associates, contains a chap- ter "For Rare Book Collectors," by Mr. Streeter. This is a pamphlet of 24 pages.
