If this report is late in reaching the editor please wire Bill Veeck of the Cleveland Indians and blame the winning of the American League Pennant for the delay. For the past six days this town has really been delirious. Twenty-eight years is a long time to wait, and everyone, including Dartmouth Clevelanders, have talked of nothing but baseball and the World Series for weeks.

On September 24 the Cleveland alumni made an important change in the weekly meeting place. We left our "home" of long standing—The Mid-Day Club and moved to Frank Monaco's Restaurant, 1118 Chester Avenue. The luncheons will still be held, as usual, on Fridays at noon. Come one, come all and enjoy the good food and new atmosphere. Visiting firemen are most welcome at all times.

Preparations for Dartmouth Night activities are under way for October 15, and the event will be reported in the next issue. No other startling news from the local front at this printing, so this will end as a short one.
