On Tuesday, October 19, the local bunch gathered to welcome Dean Herluf Olsen '22 back home to Omaha. Dr. C. N. Pollard, '95, the Dean of Nebraska Alumni, also welcomed newcomers to Omaha Tom Clark '17, Leonard Speers '19, and Percy Rideout '40.

After Herb Osborne '41, our President, finally got through trying to explain why he was charging everyone $3.00 for a $2.65 dinner, Dean Olsen was allowed to speak. As usual we received a very informative and interesting talk. He spoke with regard to the business of the College, athletics, Tuck School and college endowments. Many points brought out in his speech were completely new to most of us. All of us here certainly hope we won't have to wait another 18 months before Herluf returns.
