THIS IS TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE DARTMOUTH CLUB IN HAMBURG duly met on January 11, 1918, for the first time, at least as far as any of those present knew about, since the end of the war. Those in attendance were Fred Vogt, '37—T 38, Heinie Heintz '40 and Bob Clark '40 T41. Although we were small in number we were warm in spirit and let out a good strong and healthy Wah-Hoo-Wah, which rang out among the rubble and ruins of this here city. Despite the fact that the club is of a most informal nature, it only serves to illustrate that when two or more Dartmouth men assemble at one place there is ample justification for naming the association a Dartmouth Club. Fred Vogt volunteered as treasurer with Headquarters in Brussels even though the club has no funds. A hearty welcome will be afforded any Dartmouth men ranging the wide wide world through these far flung parts. Bob Clark can be located c/o Standard Oil Company (N. J.), Esso House, 21 Neuer Jungfernstieg, Hamburg.
