Recent publications of Professor F. Cudworth Flint are Some First Novels, in the Winter issue of The Sewanee Review, and Seven Among the Poets, in the Winter issue of The Virginia Quarterly Review. Professor John L. Stewart is the author of Charles William's Fiction, which appears in the Winter issue of The Sewanee Review.
A third edition of Diving Manual for Instructors by Professor Sidney C. Hazelton '09, and Clifford A. Pulis, has been lithographed by Roger E. Burt, Hanover. This pamphlet of 87 pages is dedicated to all who are devoting their time to the purpose of keeping alive interest in diving.
Where the Menace to Freedom Lies, by Professor Bruce W. Knight, which appeared in the December issue of this MAGAZINE, under the title Our Greatest Issue, has been reprinted in condensed form in the April number of The Reader's Digest.
The Newberry Library of Chicago has juse issued a pamphlet of 72 pages, A PreliminaryChecklist of American Writing Manuals andCopybooks to 1850, compiled by Professor Ray Nash. This publication is a checking copy only for the use of libraries at present, and is not for general distribution. Manuals in ten public libraries and three private libraries have been checked to prepare this list.

A third edition of Flowering Plants andVegetation by Professor Charles J. Lyon has just been published. It is the textbook for his course in Plant Ecology, given during the second semester.
Robert Cunninghame Graham 1852-1936Vida y Obra-Bibliografia-Antologia, by Antonio Gallo and Professor J. M. Arce, has been published by the Hispanic Institute in theUnited States in their series Autores Modernos. The article by Professor Arce also appears in the- magazine Revista HispanicaModerna.
