Lacrosse

We regret to inform our readers, which number among them many of his friends, that Coach Tommy Dent underwent a major operation this spring and hence was unable to guide the lacrosse team on its customary spring training jaunt. We hasten to add that Tommy is definitely on the mend and expects to be out on the field soon. This major interruption has obviously done neither Tommy nor the lacrosse team any good, and the club will open the year with certain handicaps as a result. We have no very accurate in- formation concerning the personnel or dis- position of the team this spring, for equally obvious reasons, and hence will postpone any preliminary remarks until later. In the meantime, we wish Coach Dent a speedy and complete recovery.
