Yes, another cook book, but this time a new cook book out of Hanover! The Women's Association of the White Church, including wives of alumni, faculty and townspeople, have joined together in turning out a neat little book that would make any cook happy, and that doesn't preclude the men.
It is 5½ by 8 inches in size with a Dartmouth green plastic coated cover bearing a simple sketch of the White Church. In its 89 pages can be found some 250 prize recipes from local kitchens. The great variety of these recipes, including some from foreign lands, reflects the cosmopolitan background of the Hanover women who have contributed them. Whether it's a snack or a feast that is being prepared, this book will prove most helpful. Dartmouth men and their wives will probably recall some of the names of the contributors and will get a good impression of how Hanover eats.
The price is $1.30 postpaid, and copies can be obtained at the Dartmouth Bookstore, Hanover, N. H.
