Geographic Exhibits, a paper prepared by George R. Dalphin '47, Map Librarian, in consultation with Prof. Van H. English of the Department of Geography, was delivered by Mr. Dalphin on June 25 at the annual convention of the Special Libraries Association and has been issued in mimeograph form by the Dartmouth geography department.

Wood Flour: a Study in Wood Waste Utilization by Prof. Edward D. Gruen '31 of Tuck School appears in the July issue of the Monthly Review of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Professor Gruen is the author also of Economic Aspects of Residue Utilization A Few Basic Questions Examined in the September issue of the Journal of the Forest Products Research Society.

Prof. Elmer Harp Jr. is the author of NewWorld Affinities of Cape Dorset Culture which has been reprinted from the May issue of Anthropological Papers of the Universityof Alaska.

Prof. John B. Stearns '16 of the Art Department and Prof. Vernon Hall Jr. of the Department of Comparative Literature are joint authors of Byzantine Gold Coins fromthe Dartmouth College Collection, a twentypage booklet published by the College Library. The numismatic commentary on each of the two dozen coins is preceded by a description of the events and personages connected with it. The title page and final leaf carry reproductions of both the obverse and reverse of the coins.
