BRUCE D. BARRABEE, Elberon, N. J. Valedictorian of his class at Asbury Park (N. J.) High School, junior class president, letterman in track, pianist for the school orchestra.

EDWARD C. BESSEY, Hanson, Mass. An outstanding scholar at Hanover (Mass.) High School, where his father is principal; captain of football, letterman in baseball and basketball, president of Hi-Y, senior class vice-president, glee club, band, orchestra.

GORDON C. BJORK, Seattle, Wash. Ranked ninth in a class of 335 at Franklin High School, letterman in tennis, pianist, active in Christian youth work, played cello with the Seattle Philharmonic Orchestra.

RUSSELL C. BRIGNANO, West Hartford, Conn. Valedictorian of his class at William H. Hall High School, class president, letterman in baseball and soccer, president of Athletic Association, on school newspaper and yearbook staffs, president of Junior Board of West Hartford YMCA.

MALCOLM G. BROWN, Moosup, Conn. Ranked sixth in a class of 159 at Mt. Hermon School, letterman in football and baseball, voted the "most valuable player" on the football team, school choir, son of Francis Y. Brown '24.

WALTER H. BURGIN JR., New Cumberland, Pa. Top-ranking scholar at Mercersburg Academy, winner of many academic prizes; editor of Mercersburg News, member of Student Council, winner of the trophy for the man who has done the most for the swimming team.

H. DONALD COWLBECK, Trenton, N. J. An outstanding student at Lawrenceville School, editor-in-chief of the literary magazine, managing editor of the school paper, active in dramatics.

JERRY R. CRADDOCK, Pueblo, Colo. Ranked third in a class of 263 at Pueblo High School, senior class president, letterman in football, active in numerous school organizations.

RONALD D. FRASER, River Forest, III. Ranked 15th in a class of 620 at Oak Park and River Forest High School, junior class president, member of Student Council for four years, letterman in football, basketball and baseball. THOMAS C. JACKSON, Amarillo, Texas A topranking student at Amarillo High School, outstanding musician, operates own amateur radio station which he built, worked after school and Saturdays in addition to school activities.

RICHARD B. LEAVITT, Washington, D. C. Ranked fifth in class of 203 at Anacostia High School, letterman in football, editor of yearbook, member of Student Council.

MALCOLM I. LINDSAY, Minneapolis, Minn. Ranked first in class of 415 at Washburn High School while working 25 hours a week after school, editor of literary magazine, member of Student Council for four years, active in other school affairs.

JAMES W. MCDOWELL, Providence, R. I. Ranked second in his class at Moses Brown School, letterman in football, editor of yearbook, a leader in student government.

ROBERT W. O'NEILL, West Allis, Wis. Valedictorian of his class at Nathan Hale High School, debater, letterman on championship football team, winner of Bausch and Lomb award.

WALTER K. PRINDLE, San Carlos, Calif. Ranked fifth in class of 450 at Sequoia High School, editor of literary magazine, active in student government and golf.

DAVID P. ROBINSON, Glendale, Ohio Valedictorian of his class at Glendale High School, a high-ranking scholar on College Board tests, president of the Student Council, and also of the debating society and National Honor Society.

HERBERT N. SCHNEIDAU, New Orleans, La. Ranked third in his class at Metairie Park Country Day School, president of student government, junior class president, letterman in football and basketball.

JOHN G. SCHROEDER, McGill, Nevada Valedictorian of his class at White Pine High School, Ely; president of student body for two years, letterman in football, band, first chair in orchestra.

T. LAURENCE TRUEMAN, Media, Pa. Valedictorian of his class at Media High School, president of Student Council, letterman in football, musician, member of all-state orchestra.

JAMES J. VENTURA, Syracuse, N. Y. Ranked second in his class at Nottingham High School, president of Hi-Y, junior class president, letterman in football and track, winner of Bausch and Lomb award.
