IN accordance with requirements of the Constitution of the Association of Alumni of Dartmouth College, publication is herewith given to amendments to the Alumni Council Constitution voted by the Council at its meeting in Hanover June 18, 1954. The proposed amendments follow:

Article V; Sec. 2—amended to read "The Council shall consist of forty members."

Section 2 C.—amended to read "... but no member shall be eligible for election to more than two consecutive terms, nor shall any member who has not attended more than one meeting of the Council during his first term be eligible for election for a second consecutive term."

Section 2 G.—new: "There shall be eleven members elected from the alumni at large by the members of this Council for terms, of three years; these members-at-large may not serve for more than one consecutive term. In selecting members-at-large, due consideration shall be given to meeting inequities in geographical representation on the Council."

Following this notice of proposed amendments it is required that action be taken after a lapse of not less than 30 days at the annual meeting of the Association. This will be held in Hanover June 18.
