Members, wives and guests totaling 58 gathered March 8 at the Winter Park Racquet Club to hear Sidney C. Hayward '26. In addition to him and Mrs. Hayward our guests included the local high school principals, Mr. Osburn Wilson and Mr. Orville Davis and their wives; and two candidates for the Class of '59, Robert Tolle and Stevan Van Vorhees.

After a social hour and dinner, Mr. Hayward delivered an informal address on the current state of the College." His remarks were much appreciated, particularly since many of our members have not been in Hanover for a number of years. After his remarks Sid presented his excellent set of color slides. The snow scenes were especially enjoyed by the "Crackers" and drew reminiscent exclamations from the audience.

New members given a warm welcome were M. L. Crowell '01 and R. S. Hursh '10.

The enrollment and interviewing committees are hard at work, and plans are underway now for our annual meeting to be held in April or May.
