National Defense Against Atomic Attack by Lt. Gen. Willard S. Paul '16, prepared in collaboration with Maj. Gen. Walter E. Todd and Val Peterson, has been reprinted from the April number of The Scientific Monthly. An address by General Paul entitled The Relationshipof the National Reserve Plan to General Problems of Mobilization for Defense has been published in the Proceedings of the Conference on Military Manpower which was held in Washington in January under the sponsorship of the American Council on Education.
