The five newest holders of the James B. Reynolds Scholarships, for foreign study during 1956-57, were announced last month. Recipients of grants of $2,000 each are four seniors and a 1954 graduate:
Robert L. Barry '56 of Lansdowne, Pa., who will study philosophy, politics and economics at Oxford University.
Paul S. Berry '56 of Stoneham, Mass., who will study French literature in France.
Lee W. Huff '54 of Highland Park, Ill., now a graduate student at Harvard, who will study political theory at the London School of Economics.
John C. Kirscher '56 of Milwaukee, Wis., who will study medieval philosophy at the National University of Ireland in Dublin.
Thornton A. Sherman '56 of Newport, R. I., who will study economic geography at the University of Oslo, Norway.
These Reynolds Scholars are the seventh group to be named since the establishment of Dartmouth's most important graduate fellowships. Thirtythree grants in all have been made.
