At its 50th reunion last month the Class of 1906 presented a gift of $21,000 to the College. This will constitute the Class of 1906 Memorial Fund, the income to be credited to the Alumni Fund so long as there are any living members of the class.
With the presentation of Memorial Funds by the Classes of 1906 and 1931 at their reunions last month, the number of such funds was increased to 24. These plus other funds accumulating toward 25th reunions total nearly $1,500,000. The Class of 1906 began to build up its 50-year gift shortly after its 40th reunion.
