Annotated List of the Woody Plants ofHanover and Vicinity by Frederick S. Page '13, Professor-Emeritus of Botany, has been issued by the College as "Botany Department Publication Number 1."

An article by Prof. Ray Nash entitled "Handwriting in America from Colonial Times to 1850" has been reprinted from Gutenberg Jahrbuch 1959.

The cartography for Atlas of the Bayley-Hazen Military Road 1776 & 1779, published by the Northeastern Vermont Development Association is by Prof. Van H. English and Marcus A. McCorison.

"An Algorithm for a Minimum Cover of a Graph" by Prof. Robert Z. Norman and M. O. Rabin has been reprinted from the April number of the Proceedings of theAmerican Mathematical Society.

"Iron Mirror," a poem by Prof. Alexander Laing '25, appeared in the Saturday Review of June 27. Another of Professor Laing's poems, "Virtuous Pagan," was published in the July 4 Nation.

Dartmouth's Arctic Consultant, Vilhjalmur Stefansson, is the author of piece about the late Sir Hubert Wilkins, published by TheReader's Digest in July as one of its features entitled "The Most Unforgettable Character I've Met."
