The Class will be interested in the followlowing letter from Erdix Smith:

When I see you fellows, I should like to swap yarns with you and also tell you about some of the excursions I have had into the four corners of the continent after the finny tribe. In the East, all along the lakes of Maine and rivers of New Brunswick for salmon; Cape Breton Island for trout, and the semi-wilds of Quebec and Ontario for trout, bass, pike and muskies; across the wheatfields of Dakota and Canada, through the scenic Canadian Rockies and the lofty forests of British Columbia to the Port of Vancouver, across the strait to Victoria and north up Vancouver Island for the big Kings and Coho Salmon in the Strait.

Down the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence River just for fun. Along the New England Coast many times for stripers, blues and tuna; many months on the Florida coasts and on the Keys for kings, sails, barracuda, bones and other game fish; and across the Everglades in an air boat. Lu often accompanies me here and on numerous winter southern cruises, and summer vacations at our New England lakes and Cape Cod. One trip to California, Las Vegas, and Lake Meade.
