The Annual Dinner of the Dartmouth Club of Monmouth County was held on Saturday evening, February 13, at the Deauville Inn, Glendola, N.J. Real Hanover weather greeted the fifty persons on hand to warm themselves around the bar and enjoy an ex- cellent roast beef dinner. The snow started to fall just as the dinner started, but only a very few of the faithful failed to show up. We were fortunate to have the entire place to ourselves as the management had opened just for the Green. Assistant Dean Eugene Hotchkiss 3rd '50 gave an informal and very interesting talk on the Moral Climate in Hanover and at other colleges. His talk was short but a lively discussion kept the members at their tables for quite a while later while Mr. Hotchkiss answered questions and commented on the remarks of some of the alumni.

The election of officers for the next year was held during the dinner and the following offices were filled as shown: President, HarryW. Douty '41; Vice-President, William L. Russell '35; Secretary, Oliver B. Conover '53; Treasurer, Philip F. Tusting '18. Executive Committee: Daniel M. Winters '43, George F. Baine Jr. '41, Robert L. Hensler '44, William Abernathy '5O, Frederic Darche '55, Robert M. Norton '33, George W. Emery '28, Joseph A. Millar '23, Robert J. Lawrence '47, J. William Morgan '29, Charles F. Schlenker 41.

George Emery '28 is the chairman for our annual bus trip to Princeton for the Dartmouth-Princeton basketball game on February 19- The Union House in Red Bank, N.J., is serving a buffet supper before the bus leaves. George has a block of tickets and we expect a full load for this always popular affair.
