The Dartmouth Rugby Club "A" and "B" teams have been doing very well. The "B" team is currently undefeated in eleven contests, while the "A" team has lost two and tied three with seven wins. The lone defeat in Eastern play came in the most recent match with a Quebec All-Star team by an 8-3 score, but this defeat cost the Indian ruggers their Eastern Championship title. The Big Green had a 3-0 lead early in the second half thanks to a penalty kick by Jake Crouthamel, but the Quebec team came back midway in the final period to tie the game, then scored and converted in the final thirty seconds to pull out the victory. Chuck Dayton '61 has just been elected to captain the Dartmouth rugby teams for next year.
