The year of 1960-61 started out on a very glorious note with our usual husband and wife dinner, Dartmouth Night, at the Nassau Inn. Princeton, N. J. Our guest speaker was Stan Waterman '46. Stan provided the club with a fabulous underwater film, completely narrated, with excellent ad-libs. When the evening drew to a close it was a unanimous feeling that Stan Waterman had truly pro& vided one of the finest shows the Dartmouth Club of this area had witnessed in quite some time. We were very pleased with the excellent turn-out.
Next came our annual post-game Dartmouth-Princeton cocktail party held at the Nassau Inn. 'the gathering for this party was overwhelming, Due to the turn-out this year, we plan to have an even "bigger and more elaborate party next year. Look for our announcement of this event early next fall.
Our club has reestablished its monthly luncheon meetings this year. We meet every third Wednesday of the month at Commini's Restaurant, West Front Street, Trenton, N. J, The luncheons usually start at 12:30. Many of our members have attended every luncheon to date. We would like to extend a cordial invitation to all Dartmouth alumni who are in the area on these dates to join us at our luncheons.
After a business meeting, January 27, our next get-together will be in March at the annual Ivy League Dinner at the Washington Crossings Inn in Pennsylvania. The date will be announced later.
