The Dartmouth Club of Western Washington held its annual picnic at the Diamond S Ranch in Bellevue on August 26. About 100 alumni, wives, children, undergraduates, and prospective students attended. They ranged in age from Bill Howard '00, to babes in arms.
They played badminton, pitched horse shoes, ran foot races, played touch football, and drank beer. The beer and the orange pop for the youngsters had been well iced in advance in wash tubs mounted in a horse trailer. Everybody had a good time.
