Y., July 28; the annual meeting of the National Urban League in Louisville, Ky„ on August 4, where he participated in a seminar panel; a Conference on Higher Education sponsored by the Committee for Economic Development in Aspen, Colo., from September 12-15; a reunion of the Class of 1938 in Milwaukee on September 15, arranged by Bob Manegold D'38; and a special one-day Conference on "The Economic Outlook - Business in 1965" sponsored by the National Industrial Conference Board in New York on September 17.
Mr. Bower participated in a seminar on Economics of the Regulated Communication Industry in the Age of Innovation, sponsored by New England Telephone & Telegraph Company from June 15-19. He also participated in the Workshop on Research in Business Finance at the Harvard Business School, and on August 7 he spoke to a Dartmouth Horizons group on the factors considered by a faculty member in evaluating an institution, with specific reference to Tuck.
Mr. Guest gave a speech on "Utilization of Human Resources in Technological Change" at the Conference on Technology and the Civilian Economy of the Engineering Foundation, at Andover, N. H., July 28. He also was Chairman of two sessions at the Annual Meeting of the American Sociological Association in Montreal on September 3.
