Plans are being made to hold a Dartmouth Day on Saturday, May 16, at which time Dartmouth alumni and their families are invited to visit the campus and participate in an appealing program of lectures, tours, films, sports, a picnic at the Bema and a concert by the Dartmouth Glee Club. The only charge will be for the tickets to the concert, proceeds of which are to be used for the establishment of a scholarship fund by the Club. It is hoped that Dartmouth Day in Hanover may become an annual springtime event.
The Club also plans to actively participate in the college's National Enrollment Program to attract top boys in the area to Dartmouth.
Dean Thaddeus Seymour, guest speaker, brought the large group of alumni and their guests up-to-date on the latest news of student activities.
