The Dartmouth Club of Richmond, Va., was privileged to have a visit from Coach Bob Blackman on January 14, 1966, at a dinner meeting. Coach Blackman inspired one of the largest turnouts of alumni in the area to gather in many a year. In addition to the Coach's speech, the meeting was highlighted by the showing of the football film of the unbeaten '65 season.
The Club presented Coach Blackman with an inscribed pewter mug. Special guest of honor was Bill King '63, captain and star quarterback of the previous Dartmouth undefeated team of 1962.

The Club took advantage of the large turnout to have a re-organization meeting, at which time Murray J. Janus '60 was elected president for the coming year. LarryNorton '41 was named vice president and Chuck Sweeney '46 was elected secretary-treasurer. Hank Gunst '41 served as co-chairman of the meeting, along with Janus.
