A long and most welcome letter from Larry Duncan reports that he is still practicing law up in Concord, N. H. He did however, stray from the wilderness long enough to dedicate the new U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston with the first case on the list. Larry also loosened up with the news that a son, Stuart Blackwell, joined their fanSily on April si, 1933. Besides the law business and walking the floor at night with young Stuart, Larry has the added duty at present of being the secretary of the Concord Alumni Association.

Jack Munro, also a physician, is located in Sunapee. Ruel Colby, who started with our class and then took up journalism, is sport editing for the Concord paper. Phil Guyol, who also started out with us and displayed considerable literary talent, is back in college, we understand, to complete his course. One day last month we ran into, Don McCall, who was in Boston on business, and that evening had a very pleasant reunion with Don, Jack Sheldon, Rog Salinger, and their wives at Roger's house.

Sykes and Helen Hardy announced the arrival of a daughter, Cynthia, early in December.
Partly because "youse guys" failed to supply us with enough news for this issue, and partly because a new and up-to-date address list of our class just arrived from Hanover, we decided to work out some statistics to fill up the column. Perhaps these statistics prove nothing, and certainly we do not vouch for their accuracy. However, they are the best that can be produced from our records, and they may prove interesting. The following is a list of the occupational diversification of outclass, both graduates and non-graduates. (It must be borne in mind that we do not know the occupation of many of the class members, and also that a large proportion of those who have designated their occupations as "business" should perhaps be placed in one of the other classifications mentioned.) Business, 177; Insurance, 36; Lawyers, 29; Teachers, 39; Banking, 36; Advertising, 21; Manufacturing, 18; Doctors, 17; Engineers, 13; Accounting, 9; Students, 8; Real Estate, 7; Agriculture, 5; Chemists, 4; Editors, 4; Artists, 3; Aviators, 3; Building, 3; Journalism, 3; Statisticians, 3; Dentists, 2; Geologists, 3; Ministers, 2; Publishing, 2; Actor, 1; Architect, 1; Author, x.
