THREE members of the Dartmouth Board of Trustees were elected to second five-year terms at last month's commencement meeting of the Board. John D. Dodd '22 of Hampton, N. J., William E. Buchanan '24 of Menasha, Wis., and Robert S. Oelman '31 of Dayton, Ohio will serve until June 30, 1971 as three of the seven so-called Alumni Trustees on the 16-man Board.
Mr. Dodd, now retired, was Vice President of the New York Telephone Company. He is an Overseer of the Tuck School and is currently serving as chairman of the Trustees' Planning Subcommittee making a study of faculty and staff compensation. He is also vice chairman of the committee on alumni and public affairs, and a member of the committees on the budget and on buildings and grounds.
Mr. Buchanan is President of the Appleton (Wis.) Wire Works Corporation. He is an alternate member of the Trustees executive committee and is also on the committees on the budget and on alumni and public affairs.
Mr. Oelman is Chairman and chief executive officer of the National Cash Register Company. He is vice chairman of the Trustees' committee on the budget and is a member of the committee on alumni and public affairs.
