The Hon. Ellis O. Briggs '2l, retired ambassador, is the author of an article, "Proposed Canal Pact Is U.S. Capitulation," in the Bangor Daily News of August 19 and 20.

"Sudbury Structure, Ontario: Some Petrographic Evidence for an Origin by Meteorite Impact," is the title of a report by Bevan M. French '5B, issued in February 1967 by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, Md.
