At Hanover, before the Pennsylvania game, your Secretary had time for a brief but pleasant and satisfactory visit with Mr. David Orr '57, Assistant College Secretary. Mr. Orr is an expert on class reunions and gave me some real help and an outline to guide Lewis Haney and myself. He was eager to be of every help as he was at our previous reunion in 1963.
We (my friends Mr. and Mrs. Zell and I) stopped at a good motel at North Spring-field, Vt., now only minutes from Hanover. Our rooms were next to that of Ned andCharlotte Kenerson and at the game we sat next to them, the only 1903 representatives. They both looked fine and I had a good visit with Ned including talk about the reunion. They were planning to leave around the first of November for another winter at Green Valley, Ariz.
1968 will be a busy year. Starting with page 22 in the October MAGAZINE you must have read all about the Third Century Fund which will mean so much to Dartmouth. Then too our class drive as part of the regular Alumni Fund campaign, and in June our 65th Class Reunion.
Lewis Haney is doing a swell job getting things ready for the reunion. We want all of you, the class families and widows, to make every effort to attend.
Notice has just come in of Horace Kidger's annual transfer to his winter quarters at Anna Maria, Fla., Box 23, Zip 33501. We all wish him a wonderful winter.
A sincere Christmas and New Year's Greeting to each and all of you.
