Three Dartmouth poets - Richard Eberhart '26, Professor Emeritus Ramon Guthrie, and the late Dilys Laing - are included in the recently published anthology, TheNew Modern Poetry: British and AmericanPoetry Since World War II, edited by M. L. Rosenthal (Macmillan 1967, $7.95).

Eberhart is represented by two poems, "The Fury of Aerial Bombardment" and "Vast Light"; Guthrie by three, "The Clown: He Dances in the Clearing by Night," "Postlude: for Goya," and "To and on Other Intellectual Poets on Reading that the USAF Had Sent a Team of Scientists to Africa to Learn Why Giraffes Do Not Black Out"; and Dilys Laing by two, "Aubade" and "Villanelle."
