Gennesaret, a three-act play by Raymond J. Buck '52, was given its premiere production last month by the University of Connecticut's Department of Theatre. Mr. Buck, for five years Dartmouth College Editor and associate editor of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE, is now publications editor at the University.

Gennesaret, set in a New England fishing village, concerns an unpunished vigilante killing and the confrontation of the victim's son and the villagers responsible.

Mr. Buck, who had several one-act plays produced while an undergraduate, is reportedly at work on another full-length drama, Dark Horse, referring to President Franklin Pierce. His expressionistic Canonicus was performed three years ago in summer theater at the University of Rhode Island, his native state.
