Bud French

Bud French (1), Head Agent for the Class of 1930, accepts the Joshua A. Davis Trophy signifying greatest improvement in the 1967 campaign from Alumni Fund Committeeman William M. Alley '21, who read the following citation:

The 1967 Alumni Fund Campaign was marked by outstanding dollar increases by several classes under the impetus of the Class Challenge Program. Perhaps it is significant that the Class that led the Fund in dollar improvement did so completely on their own without benefit of special programs. It is doubly significant that 1930, under the leadership of Bud French, posted almost equally fine increases in two successive years. We are delighted to present this 1967 Joshua A. Davis Trophy to you, Bud, and your Class of 1930 for achieving the most improvement in a single campaign.
