All the ski bunnies are happy because we are daily experiencing below-zero weather with plenty of snow. Why don't you come up and enjoy it.

Congratulations to Ken Jacques M'34 on his election to the Board of Trustees of the Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital, where he also serves as President of the Medical Staff. And save some for Bob Giles M'47, Clinical Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at Texas Southwestern, who has been elected director of Southwestern Life to complement his busy private practice and his responsibilities as attending at four Dallas hospitals.

If you like sailing, contact the Bruce LaFollettes M'55 in Down East Maine, but we suggest you delay until next summer. Incidentally, Bruce recently presented an exhibit at the Academy of Orthopedics in New" York.... Lew Weintraub M'56 visited the Maine Medical Center recently to impart some wisdom on BLOOD.... Barry Smith M'60 has completed his residency at New York Lying-in and is now at the Philadelphia Naval Hospital.... Tom Magill M'60 is receiving his Navy indoctrination at that hospital before assuming duties on the "Saratoga." ... If you are a sick Naval officer at Jacksonville, your attending physician will probably be Charlie Eytel M'60.

Russ Hardy M'63 was recently married to Judith Markus whom he met at the N.I.H. Rusty Hayes M'63 was present to assure smooth completion of the ceremony. Russ will next be located at Western Reserve in Neurosurgery.... We are happy to report that the Bill Cousers M'63 have taken Bill's Vietnam Purple Heart to New Jersey.... Pat and Milbrey McLaughlin M'63 of Boston are in their final three years in white in surgery and urology.... Pat and Bonnie Dowling M'63 with their three youngsters are located in western Pennsylvania where rat spends his time on Bob Ferguson's Orthopedic Service.... After touring Europe extensively, courtesy of the Army, the Gene Larivleres M'63 will return to Boston in the fall to do a pediatric residency at the New England Medical Center.

George Olsen M'64 brought his wife home to Hanover for Christmas with his in-laws. ... You will not be surprised to learn that Jim Shafer M'64 complicated his ophthalmology residency by receiving his private pilot's license.... Tom Mclnerny M'64 used a skiing trip to confirm his opinion that the air in the North Country is cleaner than that around Boston's Children's Hospital. ... The Peter Wrights M'65, with young Timothy, also enjoyed the atmosphere on a vacation from N.I.H.... Larry Muroff M'65 is immersed in cancer research with the P.H.S.... Shep Kantor M'67 is becoming more than casually interested in psychiatry (nothing personal).... Jack Macdonald M'67 and Dick Kaiser M'67 hope to be able to return to Hanover for the Strasenburgh Slalom Matt Liang M'67 reports that he is "newly engaged and about to go to London for two months at the Hammersmith."
