March Glee Club Tour

During its March tour this year the Dartmouth Glee Club, under the direction of Paul R. Zeller, is presenting a special Bicentennial Show that tells the story of the College through narration, song, and color slides. Ralph Nading Hill '39, author of The College on the Hill: ADartmouth Chronicle, wrote the script for the 40-minute program, which includes more than 200 slides. The musical presentation opens with the granting of the Dartmouth Charter, traces the College's development over the past 200 years, and closes with scenes of the campus today accompanied by Dartmouth Undying.

The itinerary for the tour includes appearances in the following cities: Worcester, Mass., March 21; Syracuse, N. Y., March 22; Cleveland, Ohio, March 23; Cincinnati, Ohio, March 24; St. Louis, March 26; Chicago, March 27; Detroit, March 28; Buffalo, N. Y., March 29; Rochester, N. Y., March 30; and Spring- field, Mass., March 31.

Next year the Glee Club is planning a tour to take its Bicentennial Show all the way to the west coast.
