With the Big Green Teams
JUNE 1969

THE monocotyledons (that's grass, friends) couldn't be greener than it is in Hanover this spring and the reason is simple: The Plain has had an abundance of rain that would make Eliza Doolittle dance for joy. The dicotyledons haven't been doing badly, either.

Dartmouth's spring sports teams have spent much of their season dodging the rain and aparently it has been a good conditioning device for the Big Green coaching staff. As the final two weeks of the season begin, winning records are dotting the ledger for baseball, track, golf, tennis, and the heavyweight crew.
