The Club's annual dinner was held March 21 at the Montpelier Elks Club with 60 alumni and wives plus six prospective Dartmouth students attending.

Speakers from the College were Dean David Ragone of Thayer School and his wife Katherine, assistant dean of the College. Their topics were Year-Round Operation and coeducation.

All officers were re-elected for the coming years: Robert Burdett '42, president; Alden Guild '52, vice president; and lames Young secretary-treasurer.

Albert C. Bliss '27 was honored for his 20 years of service to the College as secretary-treasurer of the Club. He was presented a framed picture of Dartmouth Hall and a framed resolution commending his work for alumni and for the College.

Members of the New Canaan Club were briefed on the implementation of the Dartmouth Plan and effects of recent campus innovations on admissions by three Hanover visitors at their March meeting.
