Poems by Richard Eberhart '26 have appeared recently in Northern Lights, a Granite chapbook; Quadrant; the Chicago Tribune magazine; a broadside from the Pomegranate Press; and Pulse. Others are forthcoming in The Nation,Shaman, The Widening Circle, The PrairieSchooner, and New York Quarterly. He also has contributed an essay to Ezra Pound: The CriticalHeritage, edited by Eric Homberger and published in London. Other publications include two articles forthcoming this summer in DenverQuarterly and Chicago Review and a poem "Salute" to appear in an Oxford University Press festschrift for I.A. Richards.

"Controlled Foreign Corporations – Section 958” by William C. Gifford Jr. '63 is one of a series of monographs on taxation of foreign income published late last year by the Bureau of National Affairs.
