This issue carries the Christmas greeting of the Class of 1902 to all who read our notes. There are only a few of us, but our supply of goodwill is adequate for this and later occasions.

With the passing of Warren Wells, who was with us for freshman and sophomore years, we are now six in number, yet with a large class family to help us keep the faith. Some years ago a letter from Haze! Wells

told of the first time she ever met a member of our Class of 1902. While a student at Northwestern University about 1912, she took a course in astronomy given by our Philip Fox.

It is always interesting to recall the occasions when you encountered a classmate at a time, or in a place quite unexpected by either. For example, some time during World War I the writer met Kendall Banning near the 125th St. ferryhouse in New York City, one having just left the boat which the other was still hoping to catch.
