COVER More an aging beauty than a white elephant, Webster Hall has remained virtually empty ever since the Hopkins Center was built a quarter-century ago. Lots of people on campus have proposed new vocations for the edifice. On page 28, we ask alumni to chip in, with the best idea netting a prize.
