Do You Know Us?

Help us identify these students. Last fall New England Monthly published this 40-year-old photo of Robert Frost with a group of undergraduates in Baker's Treasure Room. The College identified one of the students for the magazine, Russ Blackwood '49, the seventh student from the left. New England Monthly invited Blackwood—for the past 30 years a professor of philosophy at Hamilton College to return to Hanover for another picture in the same spot. But the other dozen weren't invited because no one could come up with more than a few names-Len Frey, Dave Raynolds, maybe Nels Abrahamsen, Bob Fitch, possibly Paul Denecke, perhaps Paul Barnico. Of course, some of the guys may be '48s or '50s. But help us out. Send your answers and, if you were actually in the photo, any memories of Frost and the event to the alumni news editor at the Alumni Magazine.
