One of Hanover's gastronomical and social landmarks is Lou's Restaurant on Main Street, a meeting place for town and gown for many years. Under the regime of founding owners Lou Bressett and Peter Lihatsh, one of its outstanding features, besides tire great coffee and pastries, was the long row of photographs of "regulars" stretched high along the wall over the counter. In recent years, two successive owners have kept these pictures on display, although they are now compactly amassed at eye level near the entrance. Most of the subjects have passed on, but the collection helps keep pleasant memories fresh. The class of 1920 is well represented: Professors Al Foley and Dick Goddard, honorary 1920 member Deanjoe Macdonald, and Hanover information man BudWeymouth.

No news except a belated announcement of the death of non-grad Charles Ashton Jr. Please send us some news for these notes!
