I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and is still keeping up with your New Years resolutions. I write this knowing I will need a gentle reminder myself in another month! May this year find each of you happy, healthy and ready to send an update for our next column—we're a bit sparse on news this time.

Justin Manly '02 and Emily Viele were married ried on July 29 in Beaver Creek, Colorado. Their Dartmouth alumni gusts included Jennifer Viele '00, David Viele '98, Gunther Hamm '02, Bryan Meriam '02, Allison Sydlaske, Katie Sholly, Beth Vadasdi, Jennifer Nistad, Buck Allen '71, Andrew Pisacano '02, Karan Ahooja '02, Anatole Wedmid '02, Christopher Lentz '02, Joshua Yoselevsky '02, Spencer Edge '02, Paul Anderson, Michael Larocca, Kerith Davies 'O2, Amanda Meigher '02, Shaun Gee '00 and Jim Klug '91. The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and Bali and is now living in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where Justin is pursuing his M.BA. at the University of Michigan. Emily continues to sell real estate in Montana and Colorado and is working toward obtaining her real estate license in Michigan.

More wonderful news came from Sara Yablon, who excitedly wrote, 'Andy Smith '98, DMS'O4, and I got engaged! He proposed in bicentennial cabin on Moosilauke on October 7. Andy s in his second year of residency and I am working in human resources. I'm hoping the engagement might get the nurses to finally stop trying to set Andy up with their daughters. We're living in Somerville, and we're always up for visitors."

And finally, congratulations must also be sent to Patrick Granfield and Kerry Quinn. Kerry wrote, "Patrick and I were engaged on September 3 in Charleston, South Carolina, where we were visiting Matt Jungers for the weekend. We will be married on October 21 in Atlanta, Georgia, which is my hometown, and plan to continue living in the Washington, D.C., area after the wedding."

Well until next time, when I hope I can express the joy of watching my beloved Pittsburgh Steelers finally win a Super Bowl in my lifetime, take care!
