Robert A. Dressier received the Distinguished Citizen Award from the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, City Commission. Bob was honored for his leadership and vision as mayor of Fort Lauderdale from 1982 to 1986. He served on the board of regents of the State University System of Florida from 1987 to 1993 and received the Person of the Year Award from Florida Atlantic University in 1993. Bob is an attorney, having practiced more than 30 years in the areas of wills, trusts and estate planning. Lawrence Fabian in Boston writes that environment sustainability and climate change are areas with high priority for him. Paolino of Barrington, Rhode Island, was named a partner in the private equity firm Management Capital LLC. Rich earned his M.B.A. in finance and marketing from University of Chicago. He has served as a member of Management Capital's CEO advisory board since 2004. He currently is chairman and CEO of White Systems, a management capital portfolio company based in Kenilworth, New Jersey, that specializes in storage and retrieval logistics for customers worldwide. Rich serves on the board of directors for Wire Weld Inc. (Lockport, New York), Sencorp Inc. (Hyannis, Massachusetts) and the Rhode Island Country Club (in Barrington). He is vice president and board member of the Citizens Scholarship Foundation in Barrington. Frederick Schauer has been appointed director of the Edmond J. Safra Foundation Center for Ethics at Harvard University. Fred has taught at Harvard since 1990. He served as academic dean of the Kennedy School from 1997 to 2002 and as the school's acting dean in spring 2001. Fred is the George Eastman Visiting Professor at Oxford University and a professorial fellow of Balliol College during the 2007-08 academicyear.
